そもそもエンジンの修理する事にいたったのは、走行中にしばしば停止しまったり、異常音が発生するため車としての機能がなくなってしまう、しいては生命の危険を感じたからである。エンジンオイルの交換の為車の下に入ろうとしたが最低地上高さが９cmで狭すぎて入る事が出来ない。

いろいろと試したが車体重量がが１４０ｋｇなのでエンジンの下にビールケースを入れることにした。スーパーマンのように両手でバンパーをもって車を持ち上げる。

注意すべきは、マフラーが直ぐ下あるのでつぶさないようにする事だ。

後輪にはブロックをおき車止めする。

作業中に車が移動して自分が下敷きにならないようにする為だ。

手でボディーを持ち上げる。ビールケースをマフラーを通り過ぎた所にあるフレームの真下に足でけって押し入れる。サッカーの様だ

そしてゆっくりと車体を降ろしケースの上に車軸を載せる。これで作業スペースが確保できる

走行中燃料フィルターのパイプがしばしばはずれた。

燃料が漏れ出しエンジンが停止した。

スペースシャトルと同じで引火して爆発、炎上となるところだった。毎回緩みがないか点検していた。もちろんクリップが緩まないようにしてはいたが。

しばしば発生した。高温のエンジンに燃料が引火しなかったので助かった。不幸中の幸いである

原因は燃料フィルターが固定していないので振動で外れてしまう。ちゅうぶらりんの状態である。初歩的な設計上のもんだいでゃないか。

燃料パイプをしっかり止めても同じであった。

そこでホームセンターで３０cmの部品を使って固定した。

垂直に取り付けタンクからキャブレーターに燃料がしっかり流れるようにした。

途中空気が混入していたので空気を抜いた。

これで燃料が正常に供給できるようになった。

今までは燃料が途切れる事があり走行中に止まる事がたびたび発生していた。交差点で止まるとあせった。

きっと同じ現象で困っている人が他にもいるだろう。

時速30km以上で走行中に時々異常音が発生していた。

金属がこすれるような音である。

この音が発生すると直ぐにアクセルを緩めると出なくなる。

この原因が掴めなかった。

これは納車の時からだ。

原因を探した。エンジンオイルを入れ替えようと考えた。新品の状態なのでエンジンの中に削れた異物が混入しているのではないかと考えた。

車の下にもぐりこみエンジンの下のネジはずした。すると本来出てくるはずのオイルが少し出て直ぐにとまった。

オイルが最初から殆どなかった。

中国から運ぶ時にコストを下げるためにタイヤ、ハンドル、ミラーなどをはずしてコンテナーに積みオイルをすべて抜いて発送しているのではないか。

日本で開梱し組み立てる。そこで燃料、オイルを注入する。

其の段階で注入を済ませ十分に走行試験をしていなかったのではないか。

これは憶測である。実際の事は判らない。

走行試験をしてみた。ホンダの４サイクル用のオイルにし交換してから異常音は出なくなった。

この問題は解決できたがまだ時々ボンネットのなかのエンジンの周囲から石が当たるような音がする時がある。

これも最初から発生している。未だ原因がつかめない。これから探していこう。それにしてもさすがは中国製だ。いろいろと悩みの種は尽かない。

The run examination was carried out. After making it the oil for four cycles of Honda and exchanging for it, unusual sound stopped coming out.

Although this problem is solvable, there may be in it sound which a stone still hits from the circumference of the engine in a bonnet sometimes.

This is also generated from the beginning. A cause cannot yet be held. From now on, I will search.
