2011年12月16日 大学の恒例行事のクラク対抗Ｂ１グランプリに参加した。 これはクラス事に焼き蕎麦の味とチームワークの完成度を競う物である。其の企画の裏方として知恵を出した。 何分にも学生は社会経験がないのでこのような時優勝できるノウハウを持っていない。それは当然な事である。 参謀として色々なアドバイスした。対抗となるクラスが蕎麦飯を作る情報をえた。 其の時はアイデアでは難しいかなと思った。 こちらは肉、野菜、卵入りの大盛とした。皆二十歳前の若者なので質より量だ。スパーの大安売りで安い野菜を大量に購入した。 極めつけは投票権を握る来賓の配収作戦。 小雪が舞い強風の吹く屋外では熱いコヒーが旨い。コヒーを一杯づつ配って歩いた。これが審査員の印象をよくした。 |

燃料は実習で使用した木材の残り。 普段木材を使い慣れているので直ぐに燃えはじめた。 野菜や肉は別々に炒めた。 最後に混ぜて炒めなおした。味をつけて完成。 英語のキース先生も駆けつけてくれた。盛り上がった。
